MGS4 is nowhere near the best of this generation. Why did you specifically targetted the Xbox 360 though? I thought it would be more likely for a port of the game to appear on PC rather than the Xbox 360.

errr I think the later it comes out, the less likely i am to buy it.... I'm starting to have way too much of a back catalog of good games that I have yet to open....
so no not disapointed.

Crackdown 2 would be better to announce.

I still doubt it'll sell anywhere near spectacularly. Nice that 360 only(or rather: non-PS3 owners) could play this game if it would happen, but then still I doubt that the port will be really good.

Not at all.  Not interested in MGS4 and it wouldnt do anything for the 360. MGS4 will have been out 1.5 years already (Assuming fall release).

Not at all. Microsoft has showered us with gaming goodness for four years now. I don't expect it to end. They should leave something left for the PS3 3rd party to call their own.

But, if it does, I will get it because the PS3 version does not support trophies so I have no record of the only game I have completed on my PS3.

It's one of the greatest games of all time of course 360 fans should be happy to have it (secretly though, as they have been ragging on it for the past year).

Others say they want to see PS3 fanboy "meltdowns" PPPffffft. PS3 fanboys will meltdown as much as Xbots when you lost Bioshock. Too little too late.

Question: Is there really nothing else for 360 owners to be hyped about besides possibly getting a game that we know is out for PS3? What about Alan Wake or Ninja Blade 2 or something?

If I wanted it, I would have bought it for PS3 already. Really, I would only be interested in seeing this for the immense fallout and back peddling afterwards.

I wouldn't be upset, but if it did get ported I would probably pick it up. Like you said it's one of the best games this generation and is worth buying.
