Does Anyone Outside of New york get charged Tax when Buying from the PSN?
I Governor of New York is trying to pass A Tax law on DLC...I don't think I missed the Announcement of that tax law being Passed so I must ask...My Friend Bought the new KZ2 Maps...And Had to Pay 6.47 for them while using a Credit card..Is this Common? or Should I look up if that DLC tax law was passed?

I just use US PSN cards, I live in Venezuela...

not to long ago i wanted to buy the new dlc for killzone 2, but the psn wouldn't accept my credit card info. I am certain that it was correct. anyway, it was correct when i bought some dlc for warhawk. go figure.

Mine works. Hell, it works too well. Anybody can buy anything using my PSN account. I need to lock it, but I'm soooooo lazy.

there is an option that you need to type your psn password for check up.

i got the same problem. when i first used my card it worked flawless. then my card expired got my new card in the mail. it would not work. it would pull a dollar out of my account each time i tried to enter my info. called my bank and sony. sony uses a wierd address varification system that my bank does not reconize. it work the first time i used my card cause it was before sony changed there system. and sony said there is no way to help. told me to switch my bank that i have been with for 10years. i ordered a paypal debit card a couple of days ago to see if i can get that to work since it will pull money out of my bank account.
