We got a drop of rain during the launch of Metal Gear Solid 4. Not to mention the price drop in November, which also gave some rain drops. So has it really been 2 years?

like PSP was outselling DS in Japan early last year? It hasn't become a trend worldwide...

FF XIII demo week PS3 owners had every right to brag. Now it just seems dumb. The Wii isn't doing as good as it has before, but now that the PS3 and Wii are so close together, any bragging is really pointless and just grasping. People are going out of their way to make "Wii is doomed" threads and articles. This week, the fact that one sales provider (Famitsu) at least has Wii on top, and VGC and MC have PS3 barely topping the Wii just means that they're so close than any claims of win on either side is stupid.

It seems your barking at the wrong person here. Have you read my post clearly? bec. for me there's nothing wrong with my post. I am happy because this could lead to more games to the PS3 and there's nothing wrong with that. I am not going to accuse of anything but it seems you're being over sensitive here. Please relax and take a chill. I know what you're trying to say and I acknowledge it but at least give the credit where it's due. I may be biased to the PS3 but I am not a irrational person and I am absolutely not a Fanboy.

Wait until *insert Wii RPG title* and it'll outsell PS3 again. Just wait.

I don't think it'll continue for too long. More importantly, I think Sony needs to focus outside of Japan, they're getting killed by the wii by ~70k and ~50k in America and "Others".

A 2k advantage is absolutely nothing to Nintendo in the larger sense. Sorry, I don't mean to be overly brutal about it, but I think it's premature to be jumping for joy (which, is what some of the PS3 fanboys are doing). It's an important first step, but let's not forget that's its a very small one overall (and could potentially be ruined next week). Momentum is what matters, and 2k doesn't sound like momentum to me. 2k every week for 3-6 months is momentum, so let's hope Sony has more stuff coming.
