Are we going to hear anything new at E3?

There have been like 30 announcements across all platforms even before E3. This is BS.

what have we heard about microsoft? besides them buying the studio.

So? I'd rather have a steady stream of news with an uptick at E3/TGS/etc. than a complete drought between the events.

I'm pretty sure this is normal. Don't more game announcements happen as e3 nears?

we already entered pre E3, all the big companies want some attention, so they are releasing info or announcing games to get gamers exited, they still save the biggest surprises for E3 though.

It's not unlike developers a month or so before E3, or during their financial reports (just happen to be close this year), to announce new titles. Never there big things but things they want to get the brand out before they are consumed by E3. So usually it's a bunch of smaller things but still announced.

A lot of these announcement would be lost during the bigger announcement at E3. If they announce them now, the get more attention and press.

we are expecting way too much for E3.
