I completed survey #1 and then recieved this. So far they haven't asked for my login details so I'm not sure what to make of it.
Has anyone else had these?

Around the Network

it's a scam

Shame. I could have done with another copy of office.

yeah, microsoft wouldn't need to give people 500 dollar programs just to get them to take a survey, it's a pretty obvious scam. They are fishing for adress or contact information, and possibly social #

It's not a scam. Did you ever sign up for the MGS Playtest thing? I did. I just got a recent email not too long ago asking me to update my information in case they should need to reach me for beta testing.

They've never asked me for personal info such as credit card/social security just Gamertag, email, address (public knowledge anyways), and phone number.

An actual link to the survey would be helpful.

It is real.

@nightsurge
I signed up for the MGS thing early last year, but never heard anything much until now.

I would post the link to the survey but it looks like it contains embedded login mumbo jumbo.

^I see. Well it is not a scam. The emails are authentic and so is the original Playtest thing.

It was the website that made me suspicious:
http://mgsuserresearch.com/
It looks really basic and out of date for an official MS thing.

It is real. The whois checks out to Corporation Service Company (CSC) The Trusted Partner of More than 50% of the 100 Best Global Brands.
