A game must pass Microsoft Certification to be able to come to the platform sam with Sony and Nintendo problem with Nintendo is they literally will let any game be made for their system. While Sony and Microsoft will deny a game certification if its shovelware.
As for the game it looks fun. I hear the controller has much better motion sensing capabilities than the wiimote. As mentioned in hands on previews I have read on this game and controller.

It was what I read in an article abotu a year or so ago on why so much shovelware was on the wii.
How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...
Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.
