^Never read Amiga or Edge but I have found memories of Next Generation magazine. That magazine was bad ass when it came out and it had nice glossy covers (they took the glossy covers out after awhile to cut cost). If I am not mistaken I remember the first issue had Destruction Derby 1 on it. Made me want to get that game so bad and I was glad I did since I loved playing that game a lot.

Nintendo had hardly anythign exciting or worth mentioning within the last few years EGM was out. As far as hardcore gaming was concerned it had hardly anything until recently other than a few handful of games worthy of being mentioned. They had stuff on Nintendo games their just wasn't much to talk about.
How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...
Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.
