If the data for ps3 and psp is interchangeable then I'll get both for ps3 and psp if not. I'll just get both for ps3.

Probably both by Feb of next year (I'm poor and already reserved on the new Call of Duty and Halo outside of fighting games for the rest of the year and XBLA titles) but I might bite early on Soul Calibur if online is confirmed.
