Forums - Gaming - E3 -> Who will announce motion control? If both do, which 1 will be better?

Buh, buh, buh, SIX AXIS!

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

Microsoft of course!

Would be kinda weird if this was Microsofts 'breaking the bank' announcement, and Sony showed up with their own motion controls also.

I actually think this may happen!

well i say that we will see a hypocrisy at its finnest from ps360 fanboys who were talking shit at wii console and its games(wonder what will do all those anti wii review sites that always complained that waggle is destrying industry) after E3 if either ms, sony or both will announce motion controls.
either way it will fail since 3rd party publishers won't give a damn - especially if both controlers will work differently(like they say in rumors) cause then motion control games will have to be exclusive for specific console which means only sony and ms will make games for this(or it will end up with only psn/xbox live games) things. not to mention that it will end up even worse than eye toy/sixasix - gadget for 3-4 titles that no one will buy.

I am waiting the fanboy reactions to the pictures from nursing homes as the elderly play casual games with motion control on the PS3 or 360.

I bought into the (at least 360) motion controler rumours last year but this year I just can't see it if for no other reason than it's simply too late in this gen to be trying to change the game. Neither HD console would be able to develop enough of a library to support the new (optional) controller to ever make it a 'must have' option. Unless they mandate it be available in all games and even then it'd be tacted on and forgetable.
