If only at the end of each number there was the word "thousand" then maybe publishers would take this seriously.
Look closely and you can see that even the most wanted sequel only got 267 votes. There are millions of people in japan. 267 is a pathetic sample size. Not to mention send in polls are always filled with bias. Point being is that no one is going to take this list seriously. None of the developers are going to rush off to make sequels for the listed series. Especially considering many of the previous iterations didn't bring in that much money.
