My bro is planning to sell his PS3 too, but not for a console/portable. Just coz we're not playing much on it and since there's still a good value because it's the 60GB version.

yeah. I see a lot of people saying "I Shouldn't have sold....*insert console*" when a really great game is announced.

 

Yeah, I have a bad habit of doing that and wasting money.

I've already been through 4 360's and 2 Wii because I sold something then changed my mind and bought it again. That's just how I am. I can't make up my mind.

i had the same problem as you but seriously don´t do it !!!
it´s eventually a huge waste of money

because you will probably buy a PS3 or something else within a month again

LoL at how you suddenly remembered Hannah Montana, it sold almost nothing on Ps2, what makes you think Ps3 core gamers will buy it : P

In anycase I think the DSi is trash, the DS lite is just so much better and cheaper, I can have it at a high brightness setting and still maintain a good battery life...all the DSi brings to the table is a download service and that's all.

For the record, I don't own a DSi, I just own 2 DS's, one phat and one lite, both my sisters bought the DSi, and both were disappointed, I just borrowed the DSi from one of them, and played around with it for a bit...and to say the least...I too was disappointed...

 

first off, right after you said that the only thing the dsi brings to the table is a download service you go on about how is have music playback and cameras..

 

way to argue a piint..

and second, when argueing a point get your facts straight..

the dsi is only 40 dollers more than the ds lite..

oph yeah and lets not forget that 90 percent of ps3 games are trash and the NDS'S catalouge is 10000x better...

Not everyone on this site is from the good old America, it would of been wise to 1st check where I was from, or at least ask, but since you didn't, then I will calrify, I am from Australia, and over here the DS lite has a RRP of $200AU, and the DSi has a RRP of $300AU, so you can do the maths.

See the highlighted part, yeah I LoLed at that, seeing as that number has no basis, after all games are a subjective matter because we all do have different taste, and to be frank with you, that number you mentioned can also be applied to the DS line up, you know cuz their is tons of shovel/trashware on the DS.

In anycase, I was giving my own opinion on the DSi since I had a chance to play around with it, I'm just surprise you had such a reaction to my post, it's like I hit a nerve or something....I mean I never said the games were crap seeing as I have 2 DS's, infact I recomended the DS lite...so really your game argument is...well...stupid and unfounded.

i already played 25~28 games of the PS3 (ok, was rent), is not fun for me... i sold my ps3 (but i miss LBP...) and now i have:
-PSP (is in my closet, but i love my psp, i dont know what games i have to buy, is a great system...)
-DS (I am playing a lot of games, more than 10)
-Wii (i am playing madworld)
-360 (i am playing Crackdown, GTA IV and Gears of war)
-PS2 (i am playing Final Fantasy)

now i am happy, but a DSi + 360 is a good deal for everyone.

Congrats! Hope you have fun with your DSi :). I have a DS lite and have no plans on upgrading. Love my DS.
