I have some games that I wanna get rid of but I'm not sure which to use.

I've only bought stuff off Amazon and that's it. How exacly does each one work? Do they send the money first or would I be shipping first?

What would you guys recommend? I almost gave into Gamestop's shitty offers but screw that...

They pay you before you ship it. Ebay has cheaper listing fee's I believe. I felt like I used to get raped with listing fees on amazon when I'd sell cheap stuff.

What games? In some cases you'll actually get about the same or more from Gamestop.

I know it sounds weird but it's true. A lot of games on eBay around in the $10-15 dollar range on eBay and that's about what Gamestop gives. It probably wouldn't hurt to call Gamestop and at least get prices on the games you want to sell and save yourself some trouble.

Check the market rate on Half.com. That is where I sell most of my stuff. Amazon.com works too. Sometimes, it is worth looking at Gamestop if they have a good trade-in deal.

First determine what the average selling price is currently for the game on Ebay. Figure it costs ~$10 in fees and shipping.

That is the net you'll get for the game. Then check gamestop for trade-in value to see what is the better deal for you.

For ebay you will also need a paypal account to receive the money. Then you list the item as accurately as possible. Ship item as soon as the buyer has actually paid you and you have the money in paypal. (Always pay for tracking and put that tracking info in paypal) Once they receive it and leave you positive feedback, leave positive feedback for them.

Most of the time IF I buy a new game new I get ~$35-40 back through Ebay. I then use that to buy some other used game or just put it back into my bank account. However, if I bought the game used off of Ebay in the first place I can get almost all of my money back. The Key is to sell games as as possible while they are still in demand.
