bad move for SONY, they are trying to make a franchise, and if it succeeds they just handed over a huge franchise to nintendo

???     Games/franchises can't be multiplat?    A game on one system from a 3rd party can't appear on another system?    okkkayy

If I was Sony, I would tell Capcom to market it on their own unless they gave me MH3 for PS3 and MHP3 for PSP.

I don't think that's a good idea =/ Capcom should of did what they did with the 360 and make a Western styled game. To be honest, I don't know much about MH2 nor do I doubt it's greatness. But just by the title, as an American, the title doesn't appeal to me as much as it would if it were a shooter or something.

well it better sell millions then.

yes they can be multiplatform biut the thing is that they are investing on a franchise to make it more popular in other regions and the next installment will be on wii so they're like giving sales to MH3 well that's my opinion.

They didn't really hand over a huge franchise to N, but they definitely helped them. There's gotta be some other motives for Sony to be doing this that we don't know about.

lmao, true. Thanks Sony, lol.

This fares very well for MH3.

I wonder how much this will sell. 1 mil+ in America/Others this time around?

That's exactly why I'm all for this marketing effort on Sony and Capcom's part!

I can't help but laugh at the Nintendo fanboys celebrating this.....

Well i guess you could spin it either way. PSP and MH in Japan are strong and this will only tighten that relationship.
But i see the point for MH3 and the franchise on Wii as well. My own personal opinion though, after last years E3, 3rd party exclusives can always become multiplat. And just maybe Sony is trying to treat 3rd parties better to get more titles on there platform(s)
