My suggestion is that you leave stage 1-4 to be your last boss, especially because he's one of the most complex bosses (not hard per se, but there is a lot to remember and to pay attention to in that fight). Also, stage 1-4 has the blue dragon, so you may want to stack up on arrows or better bows before you tackle him.

To upgrade the Dragon Sword or any weapon that has a prefix attached to it, you'll need to find Blacksmith Ed in world 2-1.

When you're inside the complex with the grinding wheels in 2-1, after you get to the part which had a lava pool that you cooled down in order to gain passage to the boss's elevator, you'll reach a stairway that has a trio of Sword carrying miners.

To the left you'll find a small doorway with stairs and to the front of you, you'll find a path barred with wooden stuff. Destroy all those wooden stuff and continue through that path. At the end, turn right, and you'll see a lever there. That lever will activate an elevator next to it, the elevator that wasn't functioning whenever you started 2-1.

At the bottom, you'll find Blacksmith Ed.

Be mindful though, in order to upgrade any kind of special weapon, you'll need to have the soul of Flamelurker, the boss of 2-2, so you may want to tackle him first.

I see. I've already been to him once if i remember correctly  haha.

I've done all of world 2 and kept Flamelurker's soul, Dragon God was also possibly the easiest enemy in the game thus far

Anyway, im guessing when i go to upgrade my sword i will want to have that particular soul with me.

Thanks, again

You're welcome Carl, sorry not having seeing your post earlier.

You just need to give the Flamelurker soul once to Blacksmith Ed. First when you approach him with the soul in the inventory, use the option Talk. Then back away and approach him again and he'll give you a Yes or No option, choose Yes and he'll take the Flamelurker soul from you.

From then on, you can make any of the special weapons (http://demonssouls.wikidot.com/valuable-weapons, they are the ones listed below that first table) and all of the Prefix weapons.

I've found a Pure Bladestone on my 3rd try in PBWT and have now all weapon upgrade trophies except for the marrowstone one. I've also learned all Miracles and have most special weapons (missing Sword of Searching, and a couple more).

Still missing the Friend's Ring though, after killing all BP NPCs in melee combat (Clever Rat's Ring + Crescent Uchigatana + Ring of Eternal Warriors), I'm at like 85% CT X_X

@routsounmanman

Probably you'll have to postpone it to the next playthrough if you're not having much luck with online Phantoms >_

Just started NG+++, the last one. I'm going to kill BP Miralda since she's the easiest one, should get me to PWCT finally... Getting Dozer Axe & Large Swrod of Searching will be a pain though, I'll have to do some Chunk farming...

@routsounmanman

How much Faith do you have? You can use the God's Wrath + Kris Blade+5 + Ring of Sincere Prayer farming in 2-2, with the circular area with half a dozen Crystal Geckos, that should amount you to a huge number of Chunks of both Sharp and Hardstone

I'm at 24 I think. Great idea, with a simple cast I can annihilate the whole cave. I'll PBWT World 2 to get better results too. OMG, I can practically smell the Platinum!

Yay! Finally, after beating BP Miralda, I got 100% PWCT and got the Friend's Ring along with the Rogue's Trophy! Just two more to go

@Routsounmanman

Have you achieved any of the other two trophies left now? ;)

When you go back to talk to him, keep talking until he asks for it. He doesn't ask for it automatically so just keep pestering him.

Yeah, for that, go talk to Ed. Go to the "talk" menu in his options until he keeps saying the same thing over and over.

Then exit and go talk to him again, he'll ask for the RHDS then.
