So this first demon soul I got, the phalanx one, is there anything I should be keeping it for that is important? Or should I just use it to up my soul level?

Im not sure where he is in the nexus maybe on the second floor. I killed him before he made it there I killed him in 3-2. I'm pretty sure I read he is on the second floor in a corner somewhere

Save that demon soul for a magic I can't think off the top of my head what its good for but youll see as the game goes on demon souls are a dime a dozen at the beginning of the game, your going to want to use the main demon souls for something other then leveling. The tower guys soul is a very important soul

lol I found 2 corpses in the nexus today. I killed him, thanks for the info...apparently he kills the important NPC's too haha.
