Also, pressing down+down+triangle in mortal kombat vs dc if you are using scorpion will summon a fire on the feet of your opponent, it will take like... 20 points of health, a special move named "hellfire"

Yeah, i guess it's a fitting punishment for some

Have you read the Old Testament?  God is a rutheless killing machine.  I can think of many instances in the Bible where he told Hebrews to capture a city and kill every man, woman and child there.  God also had a habit of telling soldiers to keep young girls for themselves (if didnt already tell them to kill them).

I dont think Hell (or Heaven) exists, but if you believe in the Bible then there is no reason to believe that God isnt cruel enough to punish people in such a way.
