But they are not shooters. They are action RPG's

They'd still qualify as shooters at least partially IMO, since you end up shooting quite a bit in both. And the OP never specified they have to be "pure" shooting games. Plus, they're awesome enough to warrant mentioning, even if this was about pure shooters.
