I haven't seen anyone put a thread up regarding this so I figured it was worth mentioning. At red2blu.com, for $5 per movie (more for box sets), Warner Bros will send you a Blu-Ray version of most their movies they released on HD-DVD.
All you have to do is send in the movie case liner with the UPC code on it and in a few weeks they will send you Blu-Ray versions. It's pretty cool they let you keep the HD-DVD disc still.
It makes me happy because now I can get all of the Harry Potters and the Matrix collection for a fraction of the price on Blu-Ray.
Hope this helps out a few people.
