Forums - General - Do you think Bruce Wayne is really dead?

I wish I had been reading Grant Morrison's Batman run, however, I haven't.  However, I have seen enough info about it to see that Bruce Wayne is apparently dead, yet at the same time there is going to be a new Batman and Robin.  What comes to my mind after hearing about these stories of Morrison's (again, I haven't read one word of them) is the Azrael Batman story arcs from the mid 1990's where Azrael took over the mantle of the bat after Bane broke Batman (I had most of those comics KnightQuest:  The Crusade, Knight's End, etc.)

So, if you could say without spoilers, do you think Bruce Wayne is really dead this time or do you think he'll find a way to come back like he did in the Batman Azrael storyline?

Also, what comics / books would you recommend that one reads to get caught up on the more recent Batman stories?

Eh... I suggest reading "Batman RIP" and "Final Crissis"...
