The interviews were cool but it looks really boring to read. U really need to format it around to make it more attractive to read.
Maybe u can bold the interviewer & interviewee's names. Bolding Qs like BHR-3 suggested works as well. Or u can space out the Q&As. For example, one space after a question & 2 spaces after an answer, so it's easy to differentiate between them. Also, try to change up the font to something more creative. Maybe some colored text or larger font size for Qs can make it more appealing as well?
