While I'm aware that no on likes how picky I can be with diction, there's an important distinction here. Capcom has not said that they will announce three new titles; they've said they will make three big announcements.
Theoretically, those announcements could be that they are super awesome and/or that bris tastes good on saltine crackers. More reasonably, they could just be announcing new features for games that are already in development, or that some games have gone timed exclusive, or that exclusive games have gone multi-platform.
