They should do Dead Rising 3 and base it in that mall.

The premise: The weekly coffee shipment to Microsoft switched to decaf, the mall is the only place with a fresh supply of real coffee and survivers hold up in there and wait for the cavalry to arrive.

I just starting playing Dead Rising for the first time, and the thought of caffein-deprived MS "zombies" storming the MS mall is really funny.
