Of course they will.... they are not as dim as Konami.
However reading that it looks like only the Wii version will not have online features, although oddly I am not too fussed in this case it is still like a thorn of an idea they keep sticking into the Wii.
To be honest all I ask of a Formula 1 game now is that it has the newer tracks/teams and controls well, the latter is the only thing undecided yet. I hope they give a control stick option just in case they mess up with the wheel controls.

id love to see a new F1 Manager game at some point too, on PC ideally, the 2001 game seems so old and outdated now

I'm going to go ahead and guess that the HD textures take another year's worth of labour to make.
