Khuutra, what do think about MM´s and Onyx´s predictions for Sony and MS?

two "core" games for the fall sound about right... but there will probably be an announcement for a new game that will not be released until Holiday next year...

Also, Mario announcement is unlikely though since we only get one main Mario each gen and we already had Galaxy... On the other hand, a game starring Luigi... Actually I don't see that happening either :P

Those Microsoft predictions suck. I bet none of them happen.

They aren't bad at all, though I think Onyx is probably more on the ball than MM.

Id like to chip in with some MS predictions:

12. Alan Wake trailer and gameplay footage with release date announced as Holidays 2009.

13. GTAIV second DLC episode named, trailer and release date announced Holidays 2009.

14. APB and Champions Online pricing structure, demo and gameplay with release dates early 2010. Champions Online most probably Fall 2009.

15. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction trailer for early 2010.

16. Summer of XBL Arcade line-up announced including Killer Instinct, Perfect Dark and the soon to be unveiled Marvel v Capcom 2.

17. The Beatles: Rock Band timed exclusive on 360.

18. Demos shown of Dragon Age: Origins, Borderlands, Dark Void, Modern Warfare II with exclusive DLC for 360.

Some possible out-there predictions:

19. Ken Levine & co. teases next project in a teaser trailer.

20. Kojima makes an announcement of you know what.

21. After the APB announcement, they tease Crackdown 2!

22. Valve show something - either Left 4 Dead 2 or HL 2 Episode 3.

Lies! Modern Warfare 2 will be a 360 exclusive. Don't believe the rubbish that comes out of this man's mouth. Onyxmeth's post contains only the truth.

what is starhawk? did i miss something? is it a rumoured sequel for warhawk?

Sorry Khuutra but your predictions were conservative and bare even for Nintendo after E3 08.

I definitely think they will announce Pikmin 3 and Kirby for Fall/Winter. Retro and NST have been too quiet. Both studios make a lot of western oriented software which is perfect for E3. Both are supposed to be working on 2 IPs, I'd expect one from each to be revealed, probably for release in the first half of next year. There should also be a Factor 5 announcement...it won't necessarily be Kid Icarus.

Onyxmeth failed when he didn't put that Microsoft was going to announce the next gen Xbox 360 for 2009 and Makingmusic failed when predicted that Sony would announce games. We all know about every game which Sony could possibly make already.

We should all make a bet and see who gets the closest.
