It's being called the best RPG this gen and now it has the girl next to "VG chartz"

What is so speical about? I played the demo I really didn't like it that much. Once again, can someone please tell me what's so special about this game?

To be honest,I haven't played it yet,but I heard that the story was one of the best highlights.

I'm the same as you, I played only the demo and I found it... ok... From what I heard the story is very good.

The story is absolutely amazing and the characters are brilliant and extremely deep. The gameplay is also alot of fun, dont be scared by the Strategy part of it, it pays only a small role, its alot more like a turn-based ARPG with strategy elements to it. The demo didnt do it justice, I hated the Demo but bought it on a whim cause of the great reviews, I was not dissappointed. You wont be either.

Whoever played the game, can you tell me how the story is good (spoil me, I don't care)

 I played it, but I wont give you any spoilers.  For $30 right now it is in your best interest to get it, unless you dont like JRPG.

who says VC is "the best" RPG this gen??? AFAIK, VC is a very good game, worth every penny and DLC, and "deserves" better sales. However, I don't recall anyone in their right mind calling this game the best rpg this generation. Maybe the best strategy JRPG (as I doubt they're many or better). It's definitely Triple A material though, but it's still niche material.
