I don't really like the gaming press, but Gamespot reviews are at least somewhat reliable, imo. They're really the only people I trust.

I don't have a preference really. I suppose Metacritic/Gamerankings is good since it gives averages of all the scores.

My site of choice is gamefaqs.com
Each game has a collection of reviews from many gamers and some reviewers. So I have a better Idea of what a game is like

I kinda trust IGN, Matt Cassamassina seems an ok reviewer, but when IGN gave GTAIV a 10 I lost a lot of respect for the site...

i double check everything at gamerankings.com but I know my own tastes so that's a plus. I don't much care how something like 'splinter cell' scores cause that's just not really my thing.
ign.com for my everyday news. I like daemon hatfield cause he reviews crap but can still manage to give younger skewed games (the very fun 'order up' and elementary level 'go, diego, go!') a fair shake.
