I'd say hardcore means, you'd prefer to be playing games than all of the below:
- playing sports
- socializing with friends
- watching tv
- sleeping

If you fulfill all of these, then you are a hardcore gamer :)

Hardcore generally means ponography which shows actual penetration. In gaming I think from my time on this site it means people who hate waggle/Wii.

This thread is definitely hardcore.

It actually means the games for immature people. Little kids and those who never grow up.
