Forums - Gaming - Is your 1st Final Fantasy still your best Final Fantasy?

My first FF was FFVII and I disliked it.

My fav FF is FFXII.

first FF was FF1 and it's not my favorite. I then played 4 next, but my favorite was 6.

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

FF1 was my first but, VII was the best.

My first Final Fantasy game was the original but it is nowhere near my favorite in the series.

my first was ff8
and i think it still is the best

You should be beaten, burned to ashes then someone should throw your ashes from a plane

Junction system = awesome

drawing magic over and over from every foe = mmo

Who draws? Your GFs are the key, they have abilities that means you can create any magic from items. I only really draw near the start of the game and for drawing GFs.

I agree, but the Seifer battle (I think it's disc 4) is a fantastic source for Aura too. That's the only other time I drew

Yes, that's what I do, draw like crazy that battle. There is an item you can turn into Aura but it's not common, I think and not a great ratio either.

Hmm, pie.

only ones ive played are FFX and FFX-2 so FFX is my favorite lol

For me it is Final Fantasy VI. FFVII may have its share of flashy visuals, but 6 simply wins out for having a better soundtrack, more appealing characters, and certainly for the presence of Kefka and the opera sequence--both of these really make the game.
