By the way, it should be mentioned that those claims are always doubtful. If a game has framerate drops (as most games do), that means they sometimes use 100% of the system's power, and then get slowdown.
However sometimes these percentages refer only to CPU usage, and they don't say anything about the bottlenecks such as memory and GPU.
