Splinter Cell FTW!

I played mgs and feel it is a not so nice series.

Meh, I didn't even think there was any competition. MGS is better in every conceivable way IMO. SC is awesome as well, but it's got a lot of catching up to do with its Big Brother.

btw, for those to whom it isnt obvious, MGS started the stealth action genre splinter cell just hopped on board

Eh, I'd say that Thief was on that first - I don't know if the series predates Metal Gear, but it damn sure predates Metal Gear Solid.

I hate stealth game in general, mainly because I don't have the paitence to be sneaky, but I played through MGS4 four times and got my bandanna and stealth unit without paying. I have no such conviction to even try that on any SC game, so I guess MGS wins for me.

I'd say the better stealth game (series) would be Splinter cell (I like the realism).

But the better game (series) would be MGS.

mgs for me it was 1st and snake is badass also the storys are more intense in the mgs games

Way to cherry pick one line that was backed up by two more paragraphs talking about why I liked each series.

You MGS fans are a little oversensitive at times. I like the games but there are things I like better about SC.

 

Why bother including it? Ofc I found your following 2 paragraphs fine, but it just devalued your approach to start with an gratuitous, provocative comment.
