I know there's a lot of PC experts here so I come to you asking for help.
My aunt from another country misses my family and wants to talk to us via webcam so she asked me to help find her a good laptop for $600(including tax). Now, I'm not that good with computers myself so I need your help.
She needs a laptop with a webcam attached. Basically I'm looking for a good Bang:Buck ratio.

Hoping you guys can help or point me in the right direction.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, but I just spent a few minutes reading reviews in tiger direct and its refurbished laptops and it seems most of the comments complain of some sort of malfunction.
Since I'm sending it to another country I need to be more assured of it's quality.
