In CES 09 a 50 inch plus lcd hdtv was displayed with integrated 3D technology, glasses and all. I'm extremely excited about the notion of 3d gaming and all the creative ventures devs and companies can engage in with it. I think it will truly take gaming that extra 2 steps above any other medium of entertainment. But does anyone forsee an epic fail? I mean it all seems very pricey, and the glasses reportedly are uncomfortable(headaches) for use in extended gaming sessions, coupled with additional peripherals and potential troublesome technology barriers that may prove to pricey or difficult to overcome? Is it to soon?
Preferably someone whose versed with the techs and knows what it would take to accomplish 3D gaming at an efficient satisfying level...
