WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your joking right? Fine listen to this

Also listen to this song. You can't hate on this one

Yeesh g-value. Do you listen to any hip-hop that isn't heavily circulated on the radio? Or anything before the last five years?

Alot of the songs i posted are not played in the radio. Also i listen to plenty of old school rap songs. 2pac is my favorite rapper. Is there a problem with me liking today's hip-hop?

dat aint rap...european hiphop aint rap..their strong weird accent class them in their own genre.

just because it isn't american doesn't mean it isn't rap....those songs I posted to lean more towards hip-hop, but if you listen to her CD, its about half and half, and I was pointing out a current artist that doesn't rap about utter horseshit.  If people can toss up T-Pain and Kanye without getting bitched at, because they are technically not rap either, then I can post M.I.A.

2pac and Big L

What old school hip-hop do you listen to? 2Pac isn't old school btw.

There's no problem with you listening to today's hip-hop. I listen to it also. It's just the people you're recommending are usually the emcees people refer to when they ask "What happened to the rap genre?". If I posted up Nelly videos, it would serve the same ending.

Kanye West is a rapper he just did that one r&b album. T-Pain is a singer but he does alot of hooks for rappers. M.I.A. is just whack.

2pac has been rapping since 1990 so how is he not old school? Other old school rappers i listen to would be Rakim, Big L, Nas, Red Man, Snoop Dogg, NWA, Bone Thugs and many more.

Big L is a lyrical genius

It has nothing to do with time, but era.

no offense, but I (and a few other folks on here) would rather listen to the following pice of crap song moreso than sitting through any Rick Ross or T-Pain song.  BTW, whats up with the damn robot voice that all rappers have now.  I think we'll have to agree to disagree about whats "whack" and what isn't.
