i take pride in the UK/England doing well at sports, beyond that, i dont really care, afterall, im not really more important than someone from bolivia, were all the same species, im just Lucky to have been born in a developed country, nationality means little to me beyond sport

I don't know. I mean I like living in America. It's a great place to live. My favorite sport is here. I just don't think "pride" is the right word for how I feel about it. I never really understood the need to have pride in your country as a whole. Portions and aspects of it sure.

If I was a american I would be proud but im not, im English and I have no loyally to britian what so ever.

I work hard, pay my taxes and keep out of trouble but I own nothing to my own country and would never fight for her as long as remind a subject to the queen....

I like being Dutch but to be proud at my country?? Not really. I was just kinda lucky I was born here.

I'm glad I live in Australia.. We have no real threats and I like that we're on our own with no neighbouring countries to contend with..

What I am proud of is Australia's award winning scientific research and our many discoveries that are really world class.. We do a lot for the world with our small population of 20 Million

I'm kinda proud that we aren't in recession too while the rest of the western world are in the shit..
