When I played guitar hero, I felt like i was trying to punch in a huge cheat code while listening to an oldies radio station.

For me:
Pretty much every GTA game, but emphasized with GTAIV and MGS4 (I personally thought 2 was the best, but I've been flamed on Gamefaqs for expressing this XD). By far too imo.

Any platformers (Mario, LBP, etc) - Theres no story, they aren't all that inventive. They were great back in the day but they're so basic now. Like they're entertaining which is all that matters, but they shouldn't be rated so highly. And the games that put the effort into a totally great story or concept but have a few minor bugs get ridiculed.
