how do you not like ds?

i had a psp for a while, then i got a free ds, then i sold my psp . . .

I did not like the game library.

The situation you are in though with your 'homebrew' doesn't give you enough time to soak up a game before wanting to try something else.

Now, to PSP, you should go BUY (keyword buy) Ultimate Ghouls N Ghosts

The Halo francise is the most overrated bland game to ever hit the console market. It provides a bad name to all FPS that even showed effort at creating an original entertaining plot.

I probably have more ps3 games than you :/

Enough with that already.

I don't need many hours to see if I hate a game. That happened way too many times with DS. And no for platformers.

PSP Has:

FFVII CC
Dissidia
Guilty Gear Judgement
SF Alpha Max 3
FFT
Star Ocean 1 & 2

@NFGBlinkAC

I've never played Star ocean so that is a must buy for me. :P If it is available in EU.

edit:

What a shocker, according to this site it is not available in EU. Does psp play import games like DS?

@ Esa

Thats a good question. I never tried to import a PSP game before >.>

And that sucks that EU doesn't have SO 1 or 2, they're so good ; ;

the psp homebrew scene is pretty awesome, and while the library of psp games might not be the strongest on it's own, when you add in the ps1, snes, genesis, and gameboy libraries you can't really do better with a handheld system.

I don't really care for retro games, but thanks for the info. :) How do you play ps1 games on psp? Just take an image of your cd:s and put them to memorycard? :P

Just got a fat psp with custom firmware. A lot of umd movies and few games (wipeout,gta:lcs and locoroco). Looks promising. :D It was dirt cheap too.

More piracy eh? You're just asking to be banned lol.

Homebrew my friend, homebrew.

As long as he doesn't provide links to pirated games and such or how to get custom firmware, he can do whatever he wants with his homebrew sadly.

Hey Chief, welcome to the PSP family.

so many good games on the PSP, but since you have both PS3 and 350, and don't like the NDS games, try these ones, they're my favourites.

Resistance: Retribution (brand new, and if this is the shape of things to come, bring it on)
God of War III - first time i played this, i was stunned - had to complete it ASAP and play again
Wipeout games will keep you coming back again and again
Killzone Liberation - has the most annoying control mechanism, but once you get used to it, you can totally appreciate the quality of this game
Worms 2 - just because there's nothing better to flitter away long train/coach journey's. And everyone loves Worms (i have Worms 1, bought it the day before they announced 2... i was pissed)
Riff: Everyday Shooter - simple time wasting game

Hope you enjoy your handheld multi-media masterpiece.

Why do you make it sound like there is something wrong with running homebrew?
