N128
It was a Nintendo published Rare N64 game. There is no chance of it coming to PSN.
Rare had developed an Xbox Live Arcade emulation of Goldeneye, and Microsoft were in discussions with Nintendo about a Live Arcade release. MS offered a lump sum in return for Nintendo's permission to release the title. Nintendo apparently co-developed the game and still have rights over it. On the other hand, licensing issues also mean a VC release is impossible at the moment.
Here's one story about it: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3165391
Nintendo refused the offer stating that Nintendo games would remain on Nintendo systems.
Anyway. I'd like to see a compromise by which the XBLA version and the original (VC) are released. That way, 360 and Wii owners benefit, and for those who don't want a port/remake, they can buy the VC version, or if you want some cool acheivements and an updated version of Goldeneye, you have the XBLA release. As a Wii60 gamer, I'm somewhat conflicted over which version I'd get. Online multiplayer in the XBLA version would persuade me.
360. It's Rares game why should Nintendo have any credit for it? It is a shooter that showed us what Rare was made of.

LOL. Dude why? Sony have no connection to the title at all. There is 0% chance of it going to PSN. Rare ( owned by M$ ) developed the game and Nintendo published it. So it has far more chance of going to VC than PSN. :)
Those old pics of the game coming to Live were pretty good actually. As long as it kept everything else EXACTLY the same (music, physics, weapons, damage, etc...), I wouldn't mind playing 007 again with a different look. Okay, maybe they can change a few things, but not too much.
That being said, nothing will beat the original Nintendo 64 version.

I would like to see it on Live. Even if I feel is belongs on VC. I vote 360, but hands down 360 for a new version.

Has the world gone mad?
That would be company suicide for Activision. They would be going up against a game from Rare that is considered a revolutionary.
