hum so ive been thinking, will god of war sell well?

god of war one

total: 3.21m (others are not up to date)

god of war 2

total: 2.45m (others are not up to date)

god of war: chains of olympus

total: 1.67m 

God of war 1 came out very late in the ps2 life cycle, and god of war 2 came out for the ps2 after the ps3 had come out... thats y i think it sold worse. god of war chains of olympus is a psp title and they just dont sell like sony's console games do. 

so what do you think life time sales for god of war 3 will be if it releases this year, and what do u think it would be if it releases next year.

 the reason why i think it will sell so high is cause i believe sony will advert this. and the reason why i think it will sell more being released later is because of a couple reasons. 1. larger install base looking forward to getting new games after they get the console. 2. less games to compete with during release because all the others will come out during christmas.

I'm not so sure about that. It's big in America, average in Others, and dead in Japan, which isn't too great for the PS3. It think it can reach a solid 3m in it's lifespan.

I don't know why but I think it's going to be the highest selling GOW yet, not that I care much really all that is important is to get my copy and I am happy

Hmm, I don't see why everyone thinks it will outsell the others. The PS2 had a huge user base advantage. 3 million is my prediction

It'll sell good but you're a bit too optimistic.
