no not yet,,but in the video the guy says you can choose to do text or voice chat when you are in the game.
25 second in this video clip.He says when you create the room you can choose either voice or text.

u cant access that while in game so no there is no in game chat

but when you play online how can you voice chat with your friends without confusing the peple playing online with you?how do they know that you are chatting with your buddies and not talking to them?

its called cross-game texting, we PC gamers do it all the time

ive come across that problem alot of times playing nazi zombies in COD5 and playing resistance 2 not only that but a good few people telling us to shut the f**k up aswell.. its kind of depressing which is why id like it more then a text chat

maybe they could adddress that by blocking your voice in game when you are in cross game chat room
