Besides Sony’s claims that “nobody will ever use 100 percent of [the PlayStation 3's] capability.” It now seems that Square-Enix producer, Yoshinori Kitase, claims that Final Fantasy XIII has maxes out all the capability of the system.

In an interview with Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation 3, Kitase, when being asked about how much power the Final Fantasy XIII demo uses, he had this to say.

And to sumarise the lengthy discussion of the other thread - it is not big, it is BS. Any PR rep that tells you that a game uses x% of a consoles processing power is either ignorant or lying

We wil just have to see when the game is released to the public.

AWESOME!!! A game that at last uses ps3 100% power!!! I will definitively buy ps3 for this game -and god of war III ;)- I won't like to see the poor version of the 360 in a miserable dvd, with a half-powered processor, THE REAL POWER IS IN PS3!!!

yes, and Uncharted used 100% of the PS3's power, so did Flower, oh and Resistance 2, oh and many other games.

It isnt 100% of the PS3 used, it is 100% of their understanding of the system used.
