Did GTA: SA sell better on the xbox or the ps2?
Did Metal gear 2 S sell better on the Xbox or the ps2?
Does that mean Xbox fans don't like multiplats and hype only exclusives?

GTA was hyped a lot.
FXIII is starting to get hyped even though it's still a long ways off.

Infamous, so far, but not for the reasons you're implying.
Truth be told I'm hyped for Prototype, I really am, just not as much as infamous. And again people have differing opinions of what they like, and what they call fun.

And are you saying a 38% difference in install base is negligible?
Because that's a big difference. Not to mention the people who bought PS3's for bluray players.(Unfortunately we don't have statictics for that though)

And you said multiplats, is Metal gear 2 and grand theft auto : SA on both the xbox and ps2?
Feel free to use eternal sonata, bioshock and Read alert in your argument.

It's also a fact that 360 fans buying more games is actually a little bit of a fallacy because of it's duration on the market.  Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV, etc have all sold better on PS3 than 360 in recent times.

Again,  the fanboy BS is a little over done and over dramatic.   I've seen Xbox fans talk about how Halo is the best thing on the planet.  IMHO, it doesn't even touch some PC shooters or even Kill Zone 2.   Should I lump all Microsoft fans under that collective umbrella?

 

Everyone has different tastes.  Prototype seems lame.  The trailer was lame.  The moves (A Ninja sword??) were ridiculously lame.  It's like a 12 yr old anime homo learned how to design a video game. (Pwn? My 13 year old cousin talks like that).  

I'm not convinced on InFamous yet but they have a far better track record with games of this  type as far as I'm concerned and InFamous atleast looks like it might not get old after 10 minutes like Force Unleashed did , or Prototype looks to do, etc.

And before you start crying about how I'm a ''sony fan'', how about you actually take the time to see who is developping each game and take that into consideration. Sucker Punch are awesome, while Radical Entertainment are average at best.
