no it dosnt do perfect motion, but that wasnt what i gathered from your post "Why else is it that the pointer on the screen does not move in 1:1 perfect unison with the remote"
b/c where i point my cursor and where it shows up on teh screen seem to be 1:1 and any movement i make is dead on....but maybe i just misunderstood where you were coming from

No, No , 100 times no.
Only because I love it on the wii and don't what the masters of "copy your idea" to do it.
But ultimately what anyone here thinks doesn't count. MS will definitely do it because of the $$$$$$$$s, what do they care about what you or anyone want?
Given these responses, it'll be interesting to see what Sony and Microsoft do next gen. I would think they want some of the Wii moneys out there, but it seems as though their fanbases have rejected it. A middle-of-the-road solution would probably be even worse than comitting to one or the other
