well its not Kishimoto that did that it was Studio Pierrot taking the manga and turning it in to a anime when there was only 100 something chapter and because they did that they caught up with the manga so they had to do 2 years of filler the same thing happens to bleach so they did the bount arc then after the fights with grimmjow and his fraccion they did 13 more episodes of fill then in the middle of the Hueco Mundo arc they do The New Captain Shūsuke Amagai arc then they do a new filler arc 20 episodes later called Zanpakutō Unknown Tales arc which in the rumors are ture will last for a year meaning that there will be 130 episodes of filler and a 150 of cannon material so its not the animes falt its the pepole at Studio Pierrot not letting the manga have enough material so they do catch up
