ART IS VERY IMPORTANT IN MANGA AND ANIME!!! IF THE STORY IS GOOD THE DRAWINGS HAVE TO BE GOOD!!! IF THE ART IS HORRIBLE (example:DBZ) THAT MAKES THE CHARACTES UGLY AND MAKES YOU HATE THEM. AND IF YOU HATE THEM, YOU AUTOMATICALLY HATE THE ANIME/MANGA!!!(WELL THATS HOW I FEEL) Bleach And naruto have good drawings!!! no art is not the most important thing to a manga its the personality of the characters and the plot art is not that important also you fail to realize that dragon ball is over 20 years old the anime aired in February of 1986 so its 23 years old in contrast naruto first aired October 3, 2002 only 7 years ago so a curse the animation is going to be better also the thing id in the anime and manga community girls are a minority so most manga like dragon ball is focused on the people who watched it namely 11-16 year old boys
