Take-Two has announced that Max Payne 3 is in development at Rockstar Vancouver and will be released for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC this winter

Now Remedy made former Max Paynes, but now Take-Two is doing it and Remedy is currently doing Alan Wake which seems great.

Do you trust TakeTwo can make Max Payne 3 as great as we expect?
