But how can you even say the Genesis was better than the SNES?

Was it the games? The system and all its accessories?

You can't possibly say the games unless you're a hardcore Sonic, Thunder Force and Shinobi fan. You can't possibly say the system unless you like controllers that don't feel good in your hands and like very poor quality audio and sprites.

I will say this though: the bioanimation on the Genesis was something the SNES could hardly process. Other than that... meh. ^^

Sonic >>> mario

Phantasy star > final fantasy

NHL genesis >> NHL SNES

Shining force and shining in the darkness  were great. Also almost every multiplat game was better on genesis + the pad was much better than the snes pad. I don't really care about smb/kart/brawl/zelda so what is there to make SNES better than genesis. Absolutely nothing. Oh unless you are a diehard mario-fan.

You obviously didn't see my list up there. There are tons of games for Non-Mario fans out there.

NHL 94 and Stanley Cup on the SNES were pretty good by the way. You should try them out!

You know, just like genesis had tons of games for non-sonic fans. But whatever, you can think snes is better but I know it isn't. ;)
