I didn't care for Twilight Princess or the Minish Cap. Typically if I don't like something I don't consider it a Masterpiece though. ha. Fallout 3 was pretty bland too.

Metroid Prime 3 - Hated the storyline, the combat, and some of the controls

Super Mario Galaxy - Hated how easy it was to get stars, and how linear everything was. Also the Camera angles pissed me off somtimes.

Halo series - Disliked the controls, and general feel of the weapons. Also didn't care for the story.

Metal Gear Solid series - God awfule story writing, and boring gameplay

Grand Theft Auto 4 - Absolutely hated the added realism.

The World Ends With You - Absolutely hated the combat and super emo characters.

Tales of Vesperia - The story makes no god damned sense what-so-ever and the combat was often extremely annoying

Tekken series - I absolutely hate how slow the game plays.

Half-life 2 - The story bored the crap out of me.

Final Fantasy IV - Story sucked, and I hated the constantly switching party.

Thats all that I can think of off the top of my head.

I would have to go with Grand Theft Auto IV. Despite how much it sold, I still think it was the worst game in the series and a huge disappointment.
