Indicative of a very, very strong start. The 360Voice tracking system has put Resident Evil 5 just over 1/3rd the number of users of Gears of War 2's debut, so I'd expect a debut around the 700k area this week.

OK ,Maybe it did have a good start

There are almost 20 people playing this game on my friendslist, which is like 80 active accounts. Most of them are German. This is far more than Halo Wars or even Fable2. Pretty much on line with Gears of War2 in November 08. Can't wait to see the numbers.

Not too shabby, but expecting RE5 to top halo 3 is a little too much i guess.

 I always try to judge the turnout of my local Gamespot midnight launches. This one seemed a bit bigger than Fable II's so yea it should be a solid showing for the month.

Good for RE5 and glad to see Halo Wars still up there but that top 5 is practically set in stone. Your going to need a multi million seller to break that.
