I play Normal, Inverted and Southpaw. Inverted if I want to really kick some ass. Normal if I want to give a friend a chance. Southpaw if my friends really cant play too well.

Uninverted.

For those wondering southpaw is when both sticks are inter changed; move with the right stick and aim with the left.

Also there is legacy where you move forward and backward and move your camera from side to side with the left stick and you strafe and aim up/down with the right stick (if anyone remembers goldeneye 007). You can also have legacy southpaw; legacy with sticks switched.
