Forums - Gaming - Your favorite review sites are...

Sure, you have to take reviews with a grain of salt and all, but that doesen't mean we don't head to our favorite sites to see what they give a game we're interested in.

Mine are:

RPGFan, reader reviews, (blogs, VGchartz, etc), and anyone who gives a game I like a good review (just a temporary thing)

Namely those who post reviews of titles I've never played.

Edit: and the forums are a great place to find out if a title is worth buying or not. Who needs editor reviews when you have a few dozen opinions floating around on the forums at any given time.

Gametrailers reviews are quite entertaining to watch as well.

Pixel Art can be fun.

I use VGchartz right now because I like what our reveiwers are doing. There are a few fanboy reviews, but things are mostly good. You just have to make sure you trust the member reviewing the game. VGchartz is my favorite right now.

I liked gamespot the best before they screwed up their review system and made it easeir. For game to get high scores. I still check them out, though. I use gamerankings as well.

Waiting for VGchartz SO4 review before I buy it.

Gamespot ??? FAIIIR ??? No way...not after what happened in the past... especially with Gerstamnn

For me, mostly Gamespy (IGN then...)

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

I forgot Gametrailers! The guy they have doing most of the reviews is a great at it. Speaks clearly, sounds completely natural and at ease, and is often humorous. Plus, I tend to agree with the majority of reviews I watch there.

IGN are the only ones I trust.
